How should I supplement my diet with vitamin b12? - vitamin b12 and frequnt urinations
I am partly vegetarian. I eat only fish, meat or poultry. I do not eat dairy products. After a vote on the deficiencies in vitamin B12-address, I think it may have this problem. Before going to the doctor who can not pay, I would try to watch my diet with vitamin B12 to see if it helps. I do not want to overdose of vitamin B12 so, how should I do? What should I do with vitamin pills or ADITION to my diet?

Well, as you are a vegetarian soundsl and flexitarian you eat, you should not need vitamin B12. Fish is an excellent source of vitamin B12. That's the beauty of flexitarian vegetarians and vegans flexititarian all nutrients and can make life without thinking about enjoying the food.
Lol .... Kinda makes Airheads real in a sentence like this one "You're not any kind of vegetarian or you are not vegetarian by any means" Right here in the near future, but I have real people here, Goofy. . . They are in a morbid sorta crazy fun if ... LOL

Try flexetarian you feed. You will not have problems with B12.
Most people have enough B12 from bacteria in the gut. You should still get seafood B12.
Go ahead and get the vitamin pills, if you will, but probably not necessary.
Very few people are rich in vitamin B12 deficiency if they have a metabolic disorder called pernicious anemia, live in third world countries and not always enough to eat, or alcoholics, food, instead of the drink. B12 seem to be a lot of propaganda for any reason. I worked in healthcare for 20 years and have never heard of a single patient with a deficiency of vitamin B12 in any place where I worked.
According to Jessica, you're not a vegetarian by any means, but thanks for the use of the word "partially".
If you are a consumer of animal products, it is unlikely that B12 deficiency if you have problems with absorption. Vitamin B12 is also appear in many years, because the body stores it.
PS There are all kinds of vegetarians. They are an omnivore. Christ, what happens to people, the labels do not want to die?

Contrary to what many people say they are vegetarian sources of B12. B12 is derived from a microbe found in foods such as miso, soy, algae, and some root vegetables. Your body needs only a small amount to obtain enough vitamin B12, is not difficult. I may be the idea, with additions, sure, a variety of foods in my diet.
They are also dairy, no doubt, and B12 seafood, at least I seem to remember. But here are two links that might give you some ideas.
