Yes, this system really works. I am currently experimenting with different models for improving gas production with less heat in the cell. Have not installed the device in my car.
To prove before we get the money a couple of pieces of steel (3''uñas will do), add a source of low voltage (max. 12 V) to everyone, and be put into a bottle of water about 5 mm. You may need to add salt, a small amount of carbohydrates and sodium in order to facilitate the process of electrolysis. You will see small bubbles that are generated by the two metallic elements. 316 stainless steel is the preferred metal for these units because it is more resistant to corrosion.
NASA uses this process for missiles, satellite positioning (using the little to get the satellites in orbit). 3-volt solar panel supplies electricity.
