2 tablespoons olive oil
3 pounds round steak, cut into strips
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 / 2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 / teaspoon black pepper 2
2 teaspoons white sugar
3 green peppers, cut into strips
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 / cup cold water 4

Oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the strips of meat and quickly brown on both sides, the garlic, the meat during cooking. Transfer meat and juices from slow cooker. Onions, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours, until meat is tender.
